Dr. David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., is a renowned lecturer and expert on mental processes whose national TV appearances include The MacNeil-Lehrer News Hour and The Today Show. A lifetime member of the American Psychiatric Association, he began work in psychiatry in 1952. Since relinquishing his extensive New York practice for a life of research, Dr. Hawkins continues to attend to patients with special needs.
